The proposed structure would replace the existing 450 <br />square foot garage and would be the only accessory structure located on the site. <br />Background <br />1. Overview of Request <br />The applicant owns the property located at 1924 Grant Road. He is proposing to demolish <br />his existing 450 square foot garage and build a 988 square foot detached garage in his rear <br />yard. No variances are required for the proposed detached garage. The Zoning Codep ermits <br />up to two accessory structures on a property provided that neither exceeds 728 square feet in <br />size.
