He stated that there are 11 miles of trails indicated in the comprehensive <br />plan, but there aren't any goals stated. He stated he understood the limitations of the <br />Plan, but more specific goals would have been nice. He inquired if the City has received <br />any comprehensive plans from other cities. Mr. Lehnhoff stated that they have received <br />the City of New Brighton's comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa inquired about receiving a copy of the Capital Improvement Plan <br />in larger print. Mr. Lehnhoff stated that it could be made available. <br /> <br />Chair Larson opened the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Larson invited anyone for or against the application to come forward and make <br />comment. <br /> <br />Chair Larson closed the public hearing at 7:55 p.m. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Thompson, to <br />recommend approval of Planning Case #08-021 for the 2030 Comprehensive Plan update. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />This Planning Case will be reviewed at the Monday, July 14, 2008, City Council meeting. <br />
