~ ~HILLS CITY OF ARDEN HILLS COUNTY OF RAMSEY ST ATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 08-016 A RESOLUTION VACATING CERTAIN ROADWAY AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council conducted a public hearing on the 14th day of July, 2008, preceded by mailed and published notice, as required by Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and 462.358, subd. 7; and WHEREAS, the purpose of the public hearing was to consider the vacation of the public's interest in: (a) Those certain road and utility easements described in the following documents of record with the Ramsey County, Minnesota Recorder: 1585079; 1719279; 2358302; and 2479184; (b) All of Third Avenue NE and 13th Street NE as dedicated in the plat of Northeast Comer Addition according to the recorded plat thereof Ramsey County, Minnesota; and ( c) Those certain road and utility easements described in that portion of Document No.: 1832660 relating to Parcel No. 22 of record with the Ramsey County, Minnesota Recorder. (d) That part of a 60 foot permanent road easement over that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21 , Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, lying within the Minnesota Transfer Railway Co. right-of-way. The centerline of which is described as commencing at a point on the northerly line of said Minnesota Railway Co. right-of-way distant 35 feet westerly of the southeast comer of Lot 8, Block 1, Butcher's Allotment No.1, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota; thence northerly and parallel with the easterly line of said Lot 8 to the southerly line of 14th Street N.E. and the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence southerly on aforesaid line to a point 230 feet south of the southerly line of said Railway and said centerline there terminating.
