<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - July 14, 2008 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Ms. Tholen stated that she had not heard anything from the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that the City would be in touch with her4 <br /> <br />Ms. Brenda Goldman, 1146 Waldon Place, stated that she had gotten a letter from <br />the City in regards to her garbage being non-conforming. She also stated that the <br />compost bin that was not in compliance at the time of the letter is now in <br />compliance because the bush that it sits behind now has leaves. <br /> <br />Mr. Justin Lindall, 1927 County Road D, asked the City to not consider <br />complaints legitimate unless there are at least three corroborating witnesses. He <br />also read a statement from neighbors that stated they did not have any problems <br />with his yard. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead requested copies of the letters that Mr. Lindall brought in and <br />referenced. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead closed the public inquiries/information at 7:22 p.m. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. June 16, 2008., City Council Worksession <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung stated that page 2, the first paragraph, the second <br />sentence should read: He further explained the truck being replaced was a 1988 <br />truck and only had a 50' ladder. <br /> <br />B. June 23tt 2008 City Council Worksession <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a <br />motion to approve the June 16, 2008, City Council Worksession as <br />amended, the June 23, 2008 Special City Council Meeting, and the <br />June 23, 2008 City Council Worksession minutes as presented.
