<br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills hereby assures that the Perry Park Regional <br />Trail Connection will be maintained for a period of no less than 20 years; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: The City of Arden Hills accepts the <br />grant award from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resource's Local Trail Connection <br />Grant Program for a Perry Park regional trail connection and will enter into an agreement <br />with the State of Minnesota for the above referenced project. The City of Arden Hills will <br />comply with all applicable laws, environmental requirements and regulations as stated in the <br />grant agreement; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: The City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills names the fiscal agent for the City of Arden Hills for this project as: <br /> <br />Sue Iverson <br />Finance Director <br />City of Arden Hills <br />1245 W.
