HILLS <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-038 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES AND ASSISTANT DEPUTY <br />CLERKS FOR THE 2008 PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is dependent upon and appreciative of citizen <br />assistance for its election process and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills 2008 Primary and General Election Judge appointments <br />consists of individuals recommended by the City Administrator with the approval of the <br />majority of the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council do <br />hereby approve the following appointments (attached) for 2008 Primary and General <br />Election Judges: <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />authorizes the City Administrator to appoint additional election judges should there be a <br />need. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills authorizes <br />the City Administrator to appoint the following staff as Assistant Deputy Clerks to provide <br />assistance with the 2008 Primary and General Election: <br /> <br />Sonja Klingberg <br />Michelle Olson <br />Joe Rueb <br />Pang Silseth <br />Pam Sweeney <br /> <br />,/ <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDE <br />THI~ 11th DAY OF AUGUST, 2008. <br /> <br />
