<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-040 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT REGARDING PID #22 30 23 42 0007 AND 1330 INDIAN <br />OAKS CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City of Arden Hills is involved in a lawsuit concerning the property located at <br />1330 Indian Oaks Circle. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City and the property owner of 1330 Indian Oaks Circle have reached an <br />agreelnent with respect to the lawsuit. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The City Council agreed to the general terms of a settlement agreement at a City <br />Council Meeting on May 27,2008. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Since that date the City Staff has worked out a proposed settlement agreement <br />between the parties. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />approves the settlement agreelnent between the City of Arden Hills and US Bank National <br />Association and authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to execute all documents in <br />substantial conformance with the delivered agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T < <br />OF AUGUST, 2008. <br /> <br />~~: ..~ <br />7~~ <br /> <br />Ronald J. <br />
