<br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-039 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION, REZONING, AND LOT CONSOLIDA TION AT PID #22 30 23 <br />42 0007 AND 1330 INDIAN OAKS CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on July 24, 2008, The City of Arden Hills, the property owner ofPID #22 30 23 42 <br />0007, submitted a completed minor subdivision, rezoning, and lot consolidation <br />application to subdivide a 1,011 square foot parcel, rezone it from Industrial to <br />Residential, and consolidate it with the residential property located at 1330 Indian Oaks <br />Circle. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on August 6, 2008, the Planning Commission reviewed the minor subdivision, <br />rezol1ing, and lot consolidation and determined that the proposal is in conformance with <br />the City's Zoning Code and Subdivision Code and therefore unanimously recommended <br />approval subject to one condition of approval. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on August 25, 2008, the City Council received the recommendation from the <br />Planning Commission and agreed that the minor subdivision, rezoning, and lot <br />consolidation is in conformance with the City's Zoning Code and Subdivision Code <br />subject to the one recommend condition of approval. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: the City shall be responsible for filing the subdivision and lot consolidation with <br />Ramsey County. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />approves the minor subdivision, rezoning, and lot consolidation at PID #22 30 23 42 0007 and <br />1330 Indian Oaks Circle subject to the condition of approval in the P nIng 08-019 Report. <br />,. <br />" <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HILLS THE\ 5th DAY <br />OF AUGUST, 2008. <br />
