<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-041 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD FOR THE 2008 <br />PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is authorized by the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 203B.13 to appoint an Absentee Ballot Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the board shall consist of a sufficient number of election judges <br />appointed as provided in Sections 204B.19 to 204B.22; alld <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the absentee ballot board shall receive and process absentee ballots in <br />accordance with Minnesota Election Laws. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, that the City authorizes the use of an absentee ballot board to receive and <br />process absentee ballots for the 2008 Primary and General Elections and authorizes the City <br />Administrator to appoint election judges to serve on the absentee ballot board. <br /> <br />....---~"'''.......,'''' <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 25th DAY OF AUGUST, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Ronald J.
