<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-030 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS FOR <br />THE 2009 PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets: <br />Arden Place, from Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Glenarden Court, from Skiles Lane to Glenarden Road, <br />Glenarden Road, from Old Snelling to cul-de-sac, <br />Forest Lane, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Skiles Lane, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Snelling A venue N, from Arden Place to cul-de-sac, <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS <br />MINNESOT A: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the 2009 Pavement Management Program for <br />study and that the City Engineer is instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed <br />advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, <br />cost-effective, and feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A <br />8th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br />N-HI~S THIS <br /> <br />~~'"""'". <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />
