Attached are the two resolutions <br />which need to be adopted in order to update all the City records. <br /> <br />Resolution 2008-046, a resolution designating depositories and corporate authorization. <br />Resolution 2008-047, a resolution for transfer of funds by telephonic instructions. <br /> <br />By adopting these resolutions, we will be removing Michelle Wolfe and adding Ron Moorse. <br />
