<br />-- <br />~H1ELS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 2008-047 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BY TELEPHONIC INSTRUCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, U.S. Bank S1. Paul, N. A. is the depository in which funds of the City of Arden <br />Hills may be deposited, and a corporate resolution with respect thereto is presently in effect authorizing the <br />deposit and withdrawal of funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills desires to add to and supplement said corporate resolution <br />with the following resolution: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that anyone of the following persons: Ronald J. Moorse, City Administrator; Susan Iverson, <br />Finance Director/Treasurer; Stanley D. Harpstead, Mayor, is authorized, on behalf of this corporation, to <br />give instructions by telephone to the U.S. BANK ST PAUL, N. A., to transfer funds on deposit with the bank: <br /> <br />a. to other accounts of this corporation with the bank; or <br />b. to other accounts of this corporation with other banks. <br /> <br />2. The bank is authorized to act on such telephonic instructions received by it from anyone who <br />represents himself to be any of the above-named persons whether or not his voice resembles the <br />voice of such person. <br /> <br />3. The bank is authorized in its sole discretion to refuse to honor telephone instructions and to insist <br />upon written instructions signed by anyone of the persons named in paragraph 1 of this resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />8th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2008. <br /> <br />Stanley D.
