<br />PROPOSED FEES <br /> <br />In accordance with the City of Arden Hills' project requirements, Bolton & Menk proposes to complete the <br />scope of work as described above on an hourly basis for a cost not to exceed $7,965. If requested to attend a <br />City Council meeting; Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee meeting; or a public information meeting, the <br />additional cost for each meeting would be $400. <br /> <br />The attached spreadsheet illustrates the cost breakdown including hours, hourly rates and total costs. <br /> <br />Recognizing the proximity of the trail to the Glenarden neighborhood along with the efficiencies of completing <br />the feasibility studies concurrently, Bolton & Menk proposes to complete this feasibility study for $5,000 if <br />awarded along with the Glenarden project. <br /> <br />
