<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 29, 2008 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator~ 1 <br />TCAAP Update <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />County H/35W Interchange <br />We are working with Mn/DOT and the Federal Highway Administration to determine how to <br />address the issue of how the long term traffic congestion on 135W impacts the level of service <br />that can be provided by the CRH/I35W interchange. This will be a key topic at the October 4 <br />meeting of the CRH/I35W Interchange Project Management Team (PMT). Also, a letter is being <br />drafted to the new Mn/DOT Metro District Engineer regarding State funding for the interchange. <br /> <br />Transfer Documents <br />The attorneys for the City, RRLD, and the Army will be meeting on October 7 to work through <br />the language of the transfer documents in an effort to get them into a final form. Mike <br />Comodeca will arrive in town on the afternoon on October 6, and would be available to address <br />questions from staff or Council. <br />
