<br /> <br />~ DEN HILLS <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 29, 2008 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator ~ J1-; <br /> <br />Ramsey County Consolidated Dispatch Center Update <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />At the monthly Sheriffs police service group meeting on September 18, a brief report regarding <br />the consolidated dispatch center was provided. The Sheriff continues to be pleased that <br />additional call-taker staffing will be added. The Sheriff also continues to be concerned with how <br />the process of communication between the call-takers and the dispatchers is working. As <br />indicated in an earlier update, the County Administrator believes it is premature to make <br />substantial changes to the operation, in relation to the call-takers and dispatchers, while they are <br />still staffing up, and all staff are still getting used to the operation.
