Say where Mr. Movies used to be in Arden Plaza. <br /> <br />Must do something for safe pedestrianlbicycle access across Hwy 51 bridge - ASAP! ! <br /> <br />After laying down minimum standards for new buildings, specify that for city approval of any <br />particular proposal, in addition to meeting all the minimums, the design must include "something <br />extra," above the minimums (some extra quality/qualities/features/etc.) so we don't wind up with <br />an area that meets the minimums but seldom rises above them.
