Housing massing <br />. TCAAP naming <br />. Introduction to the discussion of the next master development plan topic-roadways and <br />infrastructure <br />The housing massing item will include the review of 3-D modeling of higher density housing on <br />the TCAAP site. <br />In relation to the TCAAP naming process, the City has indicated a strong preference for the <br />name "Prairie Ridge". We plan to discuss the naming with RRLD and their consultant on the <br />17th. <br />The next topic of discussion related to the master development plan is roadways and <br />infrastructure.
