Overview of Request <br />The applicant submitted an application for a Preliminary and Final Plat of this property in <br />January of this year. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval at their <br />February 6, 2008, meeting, and the City Council approved the Plat at their meeting on <br />February 25, 2008. The Zoning Code requires the applicant to file the final plat with Ramsey <br />County, sign all necessary agreements, and pay the park dedication fee within 60 days of <br />Council approval.
