The Council indicated a preference for a usage- <br />based rate structure, and directed that additional information be provided regarding a usage- <br />based rate structure. Ehlers has prepared information regarding a usage-based rate structure <br />based on updated expenditure projections. Ehlers will present this information at the work <br />seSSIon. <br /> <br />Council Direction Requested <br />Staff is requesting direction from the Council regarding two items. <br />. A preferred rate structure option. <br />.
