Failure of Guidant to remove <br />the Walkway Watermain Encroachment within three (3) hours shalt <br />authorize the City and its contractors to remove the Walkway <br />Watermain Encroachment at Guidanfs sole cost and expense. The <br />City shall not be obligated to reconstruct the W~lkway Watermain <br />Encroachment. Guidant shall remit payment to the City within thirty <br />(30) days of the City's invoice. <br /> <br />2. Non-Emeraencv Repairs. The City shall give written notice to <br />~ID ~e.IM€.~ . The notice shall specify when the Walkway <br />Watermain Encroachment shall be removed. Failure of Guidant to <br />remove the Walkway Watermain Encroachment within the allotted <br />time shall authorize the City and its contractors to remove the <br />Walkway Watermain Encroachment at Guidant's sole cost and <br />expense. The City shall not be obligated to reconstruct the <br />Walkway Watermain Encroachment.
