Planned Unit Developments. To further accomplish the stated purpose of <br />the B 2 District, deTlelopers are encouraged to plan their sites in the spirit of the <br />purpose and intent of the Planned Unit DeT/elopment proT/ision in Section 1320.14. If <br />a Planned Unit DeTlelopment application is submitted, the Planned Unit DeT/elopment <br />proposal shall identify modifications to the standard zoning requirements otherv/ise <br />applicable to the site and the reasons TyT{hy the modifications Tllould be in the public <br />interest and TyT{ould be consistent \vith the purpose of the B 2 District. <br /> <br />Subd. 6. Design Guidelines. NeTyv construction and redeT/elopment of properties <br />shall adhere to the folloTl/ing design requirements. <br /> <br />toL.Building Exteriors, Site Features, and Site De:yelopment. <br />(i) The arrangement, geometry, massing, materials and colors shall <br />TyT/orlc to create a high qualit)T deT/elopment that is responsiT/e to <br />existing buildings, site features, and site design on adjoining sites <br />in the district. <br /> <br />(ii) Exterior building materials shall be primarily of briel" stone, <br />glass or an)T combination thereof, except trim and other accessory <br />or decoratiT/e features ma)T be metal, Tyvood, or EIFS. <br /> <br />(iii) Sheet metal, corrugated metal, and plain flat concrete block <br />(painted or not) shall not be permitted as exterior finishes. <br /> <br />4 <br />
