<br />Memo <br />City Council <br />2009 Budget and Tax Levy <br />2 <br /> <br />Recommended Action: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Council approve the 2009 budget, tax levies, and Capital Improvement Plan <br />(CIP) as per the following Resolutions: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve the 2009 - 2013 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) as presented. <br />2. Adopt Resolution 2008-062, a Resolution adopting the proposed 2009 Budget in the amount of <br />$12,042,373; <br />3.
