Credit category information the Army wanted to provide to the City and <br />RRLD prior to the call has not been provided, and schedules have changed to make the person at <br />RRLD who would review the credit category information unavailable for the call. <br /> <br />Federal Economic Stimulus Package <br /> <br />The Federal economic stimulus package may be a source of funding for substantial TCAAP cost <br />items, such as the demolition of the buildings on the site and the construction of infrastructure on <br />the site.
