<br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />December 15, 2008 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Acting Superintendent Pay <br /> <br />Background <br />Since July 1 of2008, Joe Mooney has been serving as acting Public Works Superintendent. <br />Although Joe has been performing the duties of the superintendent, he has not been receiving any <br />additional pay. Additional pay to provide a minimum of a 10% differential from his current pay <br />rate is recommended. Joe's current pay rate is $23.08 per hour.
