Mr. Zilmer has been unable to make the last four <br />PTRC meetings and indicated his schedule will not allow him to finish his current term. As the <br />guidelines state, this vacant committee position will assume the term that the resigning individual <br />was serving. Mr. Zilmer's term was set to expire in 2009. This vacant position will be filled by <br />one of the recommended appointments scheduled for later on this evening's agenda. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations <br />Motion to accept the resignation of Steve Zilmer from the Parks, Trails, and Recreation <br />Committee (PTRC). <br />
