<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br />[BIRILL~ <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 2009-001 <br /> <br />Resolution relating to the organization of the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota (City) as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. Official Depository. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 118A.02, <br />Subdivision 1, the City Council designates the following financial institutions as official <br />depositories for municipal funds: <br /> <br />a) US Bank <br />b) Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union <br /> <br />Investment Brokers: <br /> <br />a) Dain Rauscher Corporation <br />b) Smith Barney Citigroup <br />c) Wells Fargo Brokerage Services, LLC <br />d) 4M Fund sponsored by LMC (liquid asset and plus funds) <br />e) Wachovia Securities, LLC <br /> <br />Section 2. Official Newspaper. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the <br />City Council designates the following newspaper as official newspaper of the City: <br /> <br />a) Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin <br /> <br />The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into agreements with the official <br />newspapers for the publication of items required by law to be published. <br /> <br />Section 3. Mayor Pro-Tern. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.121, Council <br />Member Dave McClung is appointed Mayor Pro- Tem and is to perform the duties of the <br />Mayor during the absence or disqualification of the Mayor or in the case of a vacancy in <br />the office of the Mayor. <br /> <br />Section 4. Officers: Emplovees: Appointment. The following persons are appointed to <br />the offices indicated. . <br />
