(ACSI) for animal control <br />services for a number of years. For 2009, ACSI has changed its name to ACS (Animal Control <br />Services). The contract with ACS for 2009 is attached for Council approval. The contract is <br />similar to the 2008 contract, with a number of fee changes. <br /> <br />While the impound fee has remained at $42.00, and the daily boarding fee has remained at <br />$18.00, there are a number of changes to other fees as follows: <br /> <br />Price per hour per vehicle for patrol service: increase from $33.88 to $36.00 <br />Price per call-out -- 6:00 p.n1. to midnight: increase from $67.00 to $72.00 <br />Price per call-out -- Midnight to 7:00 a.m.: increase from $73.00 to $78.00 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />It i~ re9ommend~cl that the proposed 2009 animal control service contract be approved. <br /> <br />Council Action ReQuested <br />Motion to approve the attached contract with ACS for animal contrQI services in 2009. <br />
