<br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />January 12, 2009 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Temporary Working Foreman Pay <br /> <br />Back2:round <br />The Council, at its December 15 work session, indicated support for providing ten percent <br />additional pay to Joe Mooney for the additional responsibilities he has taken on in the absence of <br />a Public Works Superintendent. The Council also directed that the additional responsibilities be <br />de filled as temporary working foreman pay, and that they be provided until a determination is <br />made regarding the supervisory structure of the Public Works Department. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested <br />Motion to approve temporary working foreman pay for Joe Mooney, effective August 6, 2008, in <br />the amount of$25.38 per hour for 2008, and $26.14 per hour for 2009. <br />
