<br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />EN HILLS <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />January 8, 2009 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Kristine Giga, Civil Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />Public Improvement Hearing for the 2009 Pavement Management <br />Program <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />On December 8,2008, the City Council received the feasibility report for the 2009 PMP <br />Improvement Project and ordered the public hearing. Prior to opelling the hearing, <br />representatives from Bolton & Menk, Inc. will present general information regarding <br />construction, standards, and assessments that apply for this project. <br /> <br />Following Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, notice of the public hearing must be posted twice <br />prior to the meeting; this was done in the Bulletin on December 24, 2008 and January 7, 2009.
