<br />ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION - FEBRUARY 4, 2009 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that, in Arden Hills, clear vision area <br />obstructions are complaint driven. Or, when a Staff Member notices one, the City <br />follows up on it.
