Overview of Request: <br />Bethel University operates under a CUP Master Plan. As the College comes forward with <br />plans, they are reviewed against the Master Plan for consistency. While building plans <br />consistent with the Master Plan only require a site plan review, those not included in the <br />original plan must be approved through a CUP Amendment. <br />In 2004, Bethel University submitted an application (Planning Case #04-010) for a CUP <br />Amendment to install a temporary modular classroom building to serve as additional <br />classroom space on the campus until the University Commons building was completed.
