Table: Motion to table Planning Case 09-008 for a variance at 1156 Amble Drive: a specific <br />reason and/or information request should be included with a motion to table. <br />Public Hearin <br />Although a public hearing is not required for a variance, the Commission can allow public <br />comments. <br />Notice <br />Although a variance does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by <br />the City and mailed to properties within three -hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject property. <br />Resident Comment <br />The City has received comments from one neighbor who lives directly across the street from the <br />subject property and who spoke strongly in favor of the proposal. <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 16, 2009. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by May 15, 2009 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period.
