This application attempts to meet their needs. <br />Based on the submitted plans and findings of fact, Staff recommends approval of Planning Case <br />#09-007 for a Site Plan Review for a sign standard adjustment based on the findings of fact, the <br />submitted plans, and the following six conditions: <br />1. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted. Any significant <br />changes to these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />2. One permitted portable sign that does not exceed six square feet, is not illuminated, and is <br />displayed only during regular business hours shall be allowed at a time in the designated <br />area within fifteen feet of the County Road E driveway. <br />3. The sign shall not be placed in the right of way. <br />4. The sign shall meet all other requirements of the Sign Code. <br />5. This approval shall not impact any temporary signage requirements of the Sign Code. <br />6. The sign standard adjustment shall expire upon the implementation of a new monument <br />sign on the site or within two years of the date of issuance, whichever comes first. <br />Options & Proposed Motion Lanuae <br />1.
