<br />~ <br />~HlLLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-055 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2009 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO <br />EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS <br /> <br />WHERE AS, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution <br />of six hundred seventy-two dollars ($672.00) per month, per employee toward unit employees <br />benefits; <br /> <br />WHERE AS, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution <br />of six hundred seventy-two dollars ($672.00) per month, per employee toward non-bargaining <br />unit employees benefits provided they participate in the City's HSA plan; <br /> <br />WHERE AS, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution <br />of 100% single coverage or six hundred seventy-two dollars ($672.00) per month, per employee <br />toward non-bargaining unit employees benefits provided they participate in the City's Co-Pay <br />plan; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br />approve the contribution toward bargaining and non-bargaining unit employees benefits as stated <br />above. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARD <br />8th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />-~ <br />
