<br />University, based on the nine conditions in the April 8, 2009 Planning Case <br />report. <br /> <br />Further discussion: <br /> <br />Commissioner Modesette clarified that technically this would be a four year <br />extension. <br /> <br />Commissioner Reiff moved, seconded by Commissioner Holewa, to amend the <br />motion to revise Condition H to state: The temporary modular classroom building <br />shall be removed by October 31, 2012. <br /> <br />The motion to amend carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa commented that Bethel has been a good member of the <br />community and has contributed to the community. <br /> <br />The motion as amended carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
