<br />,'..1 ".., <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION - NOVEMBER 19. 2008 <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse indicated dog license renewals were being completed <br />at this time, as they are done every two years. He questioned if the Council was in <br />favor of cohtil1uing the process every two years. The CouIldl advised staff to <br />proceed with the renewal process as is. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated he enjoyed the parks and amenities exercise that <br />was completed at the meeting tonight. Mayor Harpstead agreed suggesting that <br />the PTRC complete a similar exercise to provide feedback to the Council on the <br />amenities they would like to see within the TCAAP green spaces. <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated these general conversations should be held by <br />Council and not passed alohg to the commissions or committees. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated the Council would be responsible for setting policy, <br />laying the groundwork and establishing the budget.
