<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - November 24, 2008 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that this was the intent. <br /> <br />The motion as amended as called to a vote. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a <br />motion to Approve Ordinance 2008-011 Amending Table 1 and Subd <br />2.C in Section l240.02 as Presented in the November 24, 2008, <br />Planning Case Report and to Approve Publishing a Summary of <br />Ordinance 2008-011. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS AND REQUESTS <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung stated that the City was coming up on the one-year <br />anniversary on the moratorium and he thanked Community Department Director <br />Lehnhoff and the Staff for all their hard work. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that on December 1, 2008 there would be a <br />meeting with Ramsey County and the residents of Arden Manor who may be <br />impacted by the access interchange. He also stated that the City's relocation <br />attorney would be present. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked if the County knew who would be impacted by the <br />access interchange. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that the County has been working on different <br />alternatives and easements and have determined that the number of homes impacted <br />may be less than initially expected but they would like an opportunity to discuss <br />this with the residents. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant asked if the Black Bear Software had been received. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that it had not been received <br />yet but the software is expected in December. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden asked where the Council Retreat was being held. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead stated that it was at the Hampton Inn. <br />
