<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - December 8, 2008 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Uudate <br /> <br />City Administrator Ronald Moorse stated that the next conference call with the <br />Army and GSA that was scheduled for December 10, 2008 has been postponed <br />until after the holidays. Credit category information the Army wanted to provide to <br />the City and RRLD prior to the call has not been provided, and schedules have <br />changed to make the person at RRLD who would review the credit category <br />information unavailable for the call. <br /> <br />City Administrator Moorse stated that the Federal economic stimulus package <br />may be a source of funding for substantial TCAAP cost items, such as the <br />demolition of the buildings on the site and the construction of infrastructure on the <br />site. The City and RRLD are working together to pursue this funding. <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead opened the public inquiries/informational at 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Harpstead closed the public inquiries/information at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />3.
