<br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: May 26, 2009 <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Special TIP legislation <br />The City's special TIP legislation was included in a finance bill that was signed by the Governor. <br /> <br />Rescission of Offer to Purchase: <br />The General Services Administration (GSA) has accepted the City's letter regarding <br />the rescission of the Offer to Purchase between the City and the GSA, and has indicated it will <br />return the City's earnest money deposit. <br /> <br />The City is continuing to work with the GSA and with Congresswoman McCollum to move <br />forward toward making the TCAAP property a benefit to the City. <br />
