The Army should be held to its agreement to pay the cost of clean-up beyond <br />industrial standards (i.e. Army agreed to provide purchase price credits related to <br />clean-up to standards that enable a mixed use development, including parks and <br />residential development.) <br /> <br />. Funding for clean-up needs to come from Army and other Federal funding <br />sources <br /> <br />· The timeline for a sale/transfer needs to be related to the timeline for funding the <br />clean-up <br />
