<br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-016 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING DEFERRED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE <br />2009 PMP IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the City <br />Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the <br />improvement of the City of Arden Hills 2009 Pavement Management Program improvement <br />of the following streets: <br />Arden Place, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Glenarden Court, from Skiles Lane to Glenarden Road, <br />Glenarden Road, from Old Snelling to cul-de-sac, <br />Forest Lane, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Skiles Lane, from Old Snelling to Glenarden Road, <br />Snelling Avenue N, from Arden Place to cul-de-sac, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following properties abut the project: <br /> <br /> <br />343023210050 <br />343023210074 <br />343023240020 <br />343023210014 <br /> <br />1400 FOREST LANE <br />1433 FOREST LANE <br />3438 GLENARDEN COURT <br />3544 SNELLING AVENUE N <br /> <br />WHEREAS, according to current City Code, these properties could be further <br />subdivided, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council determined that the Special Assessment <br />for the above properties would be deferred until the further subdivision of the property, or the <br />expiration of 30 years from the date of the adoption of this Deferred Special Assessment <br />Roll, which ever event occurs first. <br /> <br />C:\Documents and Settings\becky.brazys\local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OlK15F\2009-016 Adopting Deferred Special Assessment Roll 2009 PMP.doc <br />
