Overview of Request: <br />The applicant, Ramsey County, has requested a CUP Amendment to construct a 1,800 square <br />foot addition to the Ramsey County Sherriff Patrol Station. This is Building 5 of the Ramsey <br />County Public Works Facility (RCPWF), a 35 -acre complex of five buildings also containing <br />the City of Arden Hills Public Works Garage. The proposed addition would create space for <br />a new Disaster Recovery Computer Center within the existing patrol station. This recovery <br />center would not require any additional staff on site; it would be a remotely monitored data <br />storage site utilized only in emergencies.
