<br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />July 7, 2009 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Mayor and City Council <br />Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Kristine Giga, Civil Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />2009 Pavement Management Program- Payment #2 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City of Arden Hills awarded Frattalone Companies, Inc., of Little Canada, Minnesota, the 2009 <br />PMP on April 27, 2009, for a total contract amount of$1,196,405.98 <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br />This pay request includes work completed through July 1 st.
