Bolton & Menk, Inc. proposes to complete <br />the entire scope of work, as described, for a lump sum amount of $4,900. Any additional services <br />requested which are beyond the described scope of work will be charged at the hourly rate in effect for <br />the individuals performing the work. <br /> <br />Attached are the Terms of Proposal.
