<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL - January 12, 2009 <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated that Mr. Derrick Hames would like to get involved <br />with the gateway sign project. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff stated that he would get in touch <br />with Mr. Hames. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Mayor Harpstead seconded a <br />motion to adjourn to closed session pursuant to State Statute 13D.05 <br />Subd.3(C) (3) to consider its offer and counter offers of the GSA for <br />the purchase of a portion of the TCAAP property.
