<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION - JANUARY 20, 2009 <br /> <br />22 <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant reviewed several access scenarios with the Council and <br />discussion ensued regarding the flow of traffic through this retail development <br />area. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden encouraged the Council to further explore working with <br />Senator Chaudhary to receive grants for the TCAAP site. Mayor Harpstead stated <br />he would meet with him to further explain this development and the benefits of <br />these grants. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated on the gateway sign, she encouraged the City to be <br />sensitive to the logo design and who the City has used in the past. <br />Councilmember McClung agreed stating the original designer of the logo should <br />be contacted. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes stated she would be in favor of continuing to work with <br />Derek as he was a long time resident of the City who was invested in the <br />community.
