<br />~ <br />~HlLLS <br /> <br />Approved: April 13, 2009 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 17, 2009 <br />5:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order <br />the City Council Work Session meeting at 5:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead; Council Members David Grant, Brenda <br />Holden (arrived at 5:25 p.m.), Fran Holmes (arrived at 5:07 <br />p.m.), and Dave McClung. <br /> <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present: City Administrator Ron Moorse; Finance Director Susan <br />Iverson; Public Works Director Gregory Hoag; Civil Engineer Kristine Giga; <br />Community Development Director James Lehnhoff; Park; Recreation <br />Manager Michelle Olson; City Planner Meagan Beekman and Community <br />Development Intern, Charles Roberts. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested the Council discuss Management by Objectives <br />under Agenda Item lB. The Council was in favor of this suggestion. <br /> <br />1. AGENDA ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Green Development <br /> <br />Community Development Director Lehnhoff presented the City Council with <br />information regarding green development, with a focus on tools and sustainability <br />within the TCAAP development.
