,--AVEN HILLS <br /> Approved: May 11, 2009 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> APRIL 13, 2009 <br /> 7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to order <br /> the regular City Council meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead; Council Members David Grant, Brenda <br /> Holden, and Dave McClung and Fran Holmes. <br /> Absent: None. <br /> Also present: City Administrator Ronald Moorse; Public Works Director <br /> Gregory Hoag; Civil Engineer Kristine Giga; Jim Tolaas, Ramsey County; <br /> Chris Chromy, Bolton and Menk Inc.; and Recording Secretary, Tina Borg. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Grant <br /> seconded a motion to approve the agenda as presented.
