The removal of natural vegetation <br />shall be restricted to prevent erosion into protected waters, to consume <br />nutrients in the soil, and to preserve shoreland aesthetics. Removal of <br />natural vegetation in the shoreland management districts shall be subject <br />to the following provisions: <br />2.
