<br />Commissioner Holewa questioned where the common area for the <br />development was located. <br /> <br />City Planner Beekman pointed out the common areas. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner <br />Holewa, to recommend approval of Planning Case 09-012, variance at <br />1126 Benton Way, based on the findings of fact, the submitted plans, <br />and the five conditions as listed in staff s July 8, 2009 report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holewa was disturbed at the permeable surface within <br />the association. He thought that the association could have done a. <br />rain garden to improve the absorption of rain water. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br />
